*If doing body treatments( Not limited to laser - lipo, waxing, lips, permanent make up) MUST KEEP your mask on.
* Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, to fill out consents and COVID -19 questionnaire.
* If you feel cold, flu or COVID 19-symptoms Must call to reschedule your appointment, if no one answer the phone at that moment, Must leave voice message.
*If you missed your appointment with out a 24 hour notice you will be charge a $20.00 Fee on your next appointment and must pay before entering room for treatment.
